Like many women, I spent years on the weight-loss roller coaster—trying diets that worked for a short time, only to leave me frustrated, depleted, and blaming myself when the results didn’t last. My turning point came when I stopped chasing quick fixes and began learning how my body actually functions.

Each woman has a unique metabolic body type shaped by her hormones, stress patterns, nervous system, gut health, and life experiences—especially during midlife.
